  • High Resolution TroubleShooter

The TroubleShooter range of cameras has just been expanded, incorporating two major additions...

    TroubleShooter HR High Resolution
has a maximum resolution of 1280x1024 pixels (up to 500fps) and a maximum framing rate of 16,000fps at reduced resolutions. This adds to the existing range of TroubleShooters, the 250, 500 and 1000, all of which offer their maximum framing rate at 640x480 pixels.

    All TroubleShooters boast

    • Built in screen
    • Built in Compact Flash card port
    • Built in batteries
    • Colour and Monochrome versions

    TroubleShooter RS "Ruggedised System"

For more demanding applications, including those on ballisic ranges, or when the good old british weather discourages the use of more conventional high speed cameras, the ruggedised TroubleShooter RS may be the answer. The RS is built to withstand the physical punnishment of the most severe outdoor conditions.

    TroubleShooter RS Ruggedised System
is strengthened, to resist the rigours of these more demanding applications. TroubleShooter RS is available in all speed models, 250, 500, 1000 and HR.

TroubleShooter RS still incorporates the facilities unique to the rest of the TroubleShooter range:

    • Built in screen
    • Built in Compact Flash card port
    • Built in batteries
    • Colour and Monochrome versions

How Can I Justify Purchase ??

In a factory environment, budgets are strict, and margins are tight.

We realise that purchasing a piece of capital equipment isn't always easy.

An excellent example of high-speed video technology in use is at a leading producer of foods for infants. Jars are filled with baby food at rates of approximately 1,200 per minute. At this speed they are filling over one million jars every 14 hours! The jars move along the conveyors to different stations; washing, filling, capping, labeling, etc., at very high speeds. Any equipment malfunctions can create a nightmare of line jams, breakage and other problems that result in significant downtime and wasted product. To help prevent these problems, the company uses high-speed video to troubleshoot their high-speed lines. Their high-speed video system helps reduce downtime by letting engineers "see it so they can solve it"

Show this example and others to your production manager, and the question will be how can we justify NOT purchasing a high speed video, especially as prices now start from alot less than most people imagine.
